anymore, "404 not found"

I'd like to fix this but I don't understand how and where in
src/plugin-docbook.c I should use CongNodeTool or CongDocTool (since CongTool
has been splited in these two). I haven't found any API or instructions of how
to use these. I would be grateful for some additional information about that.

As far as I can understand it, it seems it is in global.ent.

Anyway, the tdg page still exists, it may have been down. The tdg5 points to
docbook5, the other to docbook4.5
